(pronounced muy-linger) is based in the capital of Canada.
Our mission is to design well-built, quality time pieces, with outstanding value to spec ratios. We work hard on each model to give you a long lasting beautiful watch. We have no intention on making 50 models with 10 variants. We believe in timeless design and quality craftsmanship. We hope you enjoy wearing your Möllinger timepiece as much as we enjoy making them.

SHIPPING
We ship out of Ottawa, Canada.
Watch orders are shipped via Canada Post.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR WATCH THOROUGHLY UPON RECEIPT, BEFORE WEARING, AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR WATCHES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 6 months after the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer. The manufacturer agrees,
at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for the following:
1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.
2. Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.
3. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
4. Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.
5. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

REFUND POLICY
Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mollingerwatches.com.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
